Usually, saying that someone "casts doubt" on an assertion implies that they offered something resembling contradictory evidence. If all FEMA did was deny it, the title should have said so. Smells like spin.

was posted on Yahoo sometime after midnight last night. I knew I should have posted it on breaking news. Haven't been able to find the original article. Serious fraud was detected by the GAO. Some FEMA recipients were paid triple, exotic vacations, sex change and other frivolous use of FEMA money. No oversight accounting of dispersed money to Hurricane victims. Do you believe justice will prevail? Of course FEMA will deny responsibility.
