Wesley Clark Talks Packers With Green Bay Voters

(EXCERPT) Democratic Presidential Candidate Talks At University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee

POSTED: 1:28 p.m. EST November 25, 2003

Wesley Clark is the first Democratic presidential hopeful to venture
to Green Bay to campaign for his party's nomination.

And he didn't waste any time getting to the heart of what matters to a
lot of area residents -- the Packers.

Clark said he loves the team and hopes Brett Favre's thumb gets
better. His remarks drew laughter Tuesday from about 300 people at
University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Clark said the United States is in bad shape and is poorly led. He
said we're in an employment and health care crisis, but he's ready to
fix the problems.

1. And the woman who stood up
A 75 year old woman stood up during the meeting and said that this is worse than McCarthism. Then she started ranting about the new prescription drug bill, and brought the house down. Clark loved it, and asked her to fight it with him.

He hated bullshitters. He like JFK too, got Paul Hornung out of the Army. Also he coached at Army. Yep, he would've loved Clark.

3. Clark's the Real Deal
Had 2 friends who went to UWGB today (My alma mater)

They told me this guy has a dynamite personality and was able to connect with the crowd immediately.

I couldn't go-- (still have to work and pay bills.)

They said he would kick The CHIMPANZEE'S IGNORANT ASS in any kind of a debate--- Mano @ Mano.

especially when it comes to who fought and bled (literally) for their country.

The Chimpanzee will be afraid of this man, he's really bright.
