that he will come down on anyone who besmirches Michael Jackson's reputation like a ton of bricks. So far, he has issued injunctions against the airline who flew him back to California from Las Vegas, and he reserves the right to sue people who slander Michael.

My comment is this: what reputation? That of a freak and a pediphile? So, are we to assume that what Jackson's lawyer really means is that, as long as we call Michael a freak and a child molester, then that will be alright? But if we call him a fine upstanding pillar of the community, then his attorney will sue the pants (no pun intended) off of us?

Get a clue Gerigos. You have to have earned a good reputation first before it can be besmirched.

2. We have a thing in this country called DUE PROCESS. It might serve you well to read about it.
3. I am no Jackson apologist (IF he is guilty) but what the hell else do you expect his DEFENSE attorney to do?
4. If there was a violation of attorney-client privilege, which is the real issue Geragos is railing against, that would constitute an adequate issue for him to be screaming about. It is illegal, you know. And REALLY stupid for the prosecution. If you believe that Jacko IS a pedophile(even though I already referenced due process), you should be pissed off that anyone associated with the prosecution would be stupid enough to allow such a thing - it could blow their whole case.
