'Don't squeeze N Korea' - Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said North Korea should not be driven
into a corner if the world wants to rein in its nuclear weapons programme.

"You must never push one of the participants in talks into a corner", Mr Putin
said in a live TV phone-in with Russians nationwide.

He said some negotiators "failed to find the right tone" with North Korea.

Mr Putin said a solution could be found "with goodwill". North Korea said
on 9 October it had tested a nuclear weapon.

hasn't worked worth a damn.

So we can probably expect the neocons to continue (indeed, accelerate) along that course. Events have proven them (neocons) to be both insane and stupid (the two common drivers behind doing-the-same-thing-and-expecting-different-results).

On another note, I was channeling-surfing yesterday when I stumbled across w. So I watched (with the sound off -- I've heard enough lies, bullshit, disinformation, etc, from neocons) for a short while.

What a scared little man he is.

The thought of finally being held accountable (even in some small way) must terrify him.
