Jeb snaps at reporter at Orlando campaign stop

ORLANDO -- Questions about the sexual orientation of Republican gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist sparked a rare show of temper by Gov. Jeb Bush today, who called a television reporter a "horse's ass" for cutting off a query from another journalist.

Rumors about Crist being gay have swirled around the campaign for months, but he has constantly denied them.

Outside the Mi Viejo San Juan restaurant, a mob of TV reporters cornered Bush and Crist, peppering them with questions about a gay rights group's call earlier in the day for Crist to come out of the closet.

...

But Bush became peeved when a reporter persisted and cut off an Hispanic journalist trying to pose a question in Spanish.

"Put a smile on your face and don't be such a horse's ass," Bush snapped.

2. Ew
Getting a little touchy are we Jebbie?

Maybe he's upset that he won't be able to deliver FL to his brother again.

23. This time they can't get away with it
that margins are going to be too wide, for them to make up the difference.

27. I can't believe they won't try, though...
Heavily padding the areas "known" (they tell us) to be pro-repub...Taking some away in the pro-dem areas, so that we still "win" but by not as much...JUST enough so they still retain control of Congress...

10. Jeb's always pissed now............
he knows he'll never get HIS chance to be President, like Daddy promised, because his big brother Georgie fucked up the entire world when he has his chance. Nope, Americans have had it with the Bush family and Jebbie will never have his shot at the helm.
I would sincerely LOVE to be in attendance at the Bush family Thanksgiving table this year. You'll be able to cut the tension with a knife. Or perhaps they don't allow sharp objects at the Bush table anymore. It could be very dangerous.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall!

35. Yep. Jeb was the natural choice for the Bushes to run in 2000...
but his dysfunctional family baggage made it impossible. Jeb then had to stand by watching, helpless, as his party installed his drunken, mentally retarded brother into the office he coveted.

And now it's all gone to shit. Sorry, Jebbie. Blame your brother and act accordingly.

By the time George W. leaves office (in handcuffs or not), anyone with the last name of Bush in this country will have to change their name to something like Lipschitz or Kowalski. No one will dare be associated with that clan.

16. Witnesses and other reporters present
And yet what are we reading about? Certainly not the governor of Florida and his potty mouth; no, we're treated to some low-level Democratic candidate calling (probably correctly) a reporter either a "hack" or a "whore," depending on who's telling the story. No witnesses to the hack/whore comment which is getting lots of play, plenty of witnesses to Jeb!'s profanity, and this is the first I've heard about it.

It is a puzzlement.

20. Hey, just "Shove it". Jeb.
Man, I remember when Theresa Heinz Kerry told one of the lackeys of one of Richard Mellon Scaife's RW rags (Pittsburgh Tribune?) to "shove it" during the late 04 campaign. You'd have thought she cursed The Pope and the Baby Jesus, both. It dominated the news for days!

Well how rude, Jeb.
