Outback sells to investor group for $3.2-billion

OSI Restaurant Partners Inc., owner of several popular chains including Outback Steakhouse, has agreed to be acquired by an investor group for $40 a share or an estimated $3.2-billion.

The Tampa company’s buyout team includes its founders, Chris T. Sullivan, Robert D. Basham and J. Timothy Gannon, as well as private equity firms Bain Capital Partners LLC and Catterton Partners

Some years ago, they were forcing employees to contribute to anti-worker causes as a tacit condition of advancement.

13. I ate there once. I won't tell you what happened a few hours later
because of the "no bodily function threads" rule. :hurts:

And yes, it tasted wrong. Should've followed my instincts at the first bite, but noooooo. Never again.
