In a big Democratic night, Tammy Baldwin rolled to a fifth term and Steve Kagen won a GOP seat in northeast Wisconsin Tuesday as Democrats recaptured the U.S. House of Representatives.

Baldwin won her second- straight matchup with GOP challenger Dave Magnum in the 2nd District, which includes Dane County and surrounding areas.

And Kagen, a wealthy physician, won a costly, closely watched race in northeastern Wisconsin over state Rep. John Gard for the open U.S. House seat in the 8th District.

1. Good Riddance to Gard
Loved it when he met Cheney at a $10,000 a photo dinner and cameras weren't allowed

To show Johnny licking Cheney's rear end.
