Oil climbs, US oil stocks fall, OPEC talks cuts
reuters

LONDON (Reuters) - Oil climbed toward $60 a barrel on Wednesday, after U.S. inventory data showed falls in stocks of some refined products and OPEC ministers pledged to push ahead with output cuts agreed last month.

U.S. crude <CLc1> was up 81 cents to $59.74 a barrel by 1611 GMT. London Brent crude <LCOc1> was up 85 cents at $59.33.

Well, well, well; just in time. Too bad part B of big oils plan just didn't pan out.

1. The Arabs were flooding the
Market to try and save Bush. That's a short course in how the market can be manipulated to influence the political climate. We were supposed to forget all the other shortcomings of this Badministration becouse they pushed down the price of oil for the election. Too bad shrub have a nice time in jail.

9. Market was just a teeny-tiny bit jittery because the Senate control wasn't confirmed.
Tomorrow is another day.

As for the price per barrel, we could see this coming from a mile away, no matter the outcome.
