4. My instinct is to say this is good.
I want Europe to have a strong defensive power, but contained within Europe, i.e. no "peacekeeping" abroad. We need a multi-polar world and France is key within Europe.

7. "Peacekeeping" is just a slogan to cover occupation.
How is what US troops are doing in Iraq and Afghanistan not "peacekeeping?" It's imperialism and occupation in reality. You cannot let Western countries invade and destroy and otherwise subvert the independent states of different countries and then use that "lawlessness" as a pretext for occupation. Countries must be free to determine their own social system, free from external interference.

8. Well, I'm not talking about Iraq
But you wouldn't support multinational peacekeepers in, say, Darfur? You don't support a peacekeeping force in Lebanon to keep peace between the Israelis and the Lebanese? Do you think the presence of peacekeepers in Bosnia and Kosovo has NOT helped prevent more killing?
