FL Attorney Gen's Race-Dem candidate omitted from some ballots in heavy Dem districts!!

Campbell says voters told him he wasn't on ballot

As election officials investigate the possibility of serious voting flaws in Sarasota, the runner-up in Tuesday's state attorney general race is questioning whether his race was omitted from some South Florida ballots.

Walter ''Skip'' Campbell, a Democrat who lost to Republican Bill McCollum, said voters complained to him that neither the attorney general nor the chief financial officer races appeared on their ballots in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

''There were at least 100 reports to me directly,'' Campbell said. 'One guy said, `I wanted to vote for you, but I couldn't because your name wasn't on the ballot.' ''

The complaints came from precincts in Dania Beach, Coral Springs and Tamarac, as well as some in Miami-Dade and Fort Myers, according to Campbell and his campaign staff. Campbell had said he would consider filing a legal challenge if the vote total was close.

1. He should file a legal challenge no matter what. Do they have videothevote people there?

2. Absolutely! Every instance of Ballot Omission Needs To Be Challenged
It is hard to believe that an election can be closed where one of the candidates running for that office was omitted from the ballot.

There is one unmistakable fact about elections, you cannot win if you are not even listed on the ballot.

I wonder if this is related to the same voting machines that omitted the DEM candidate's name from the ballot in the race for K Harris' old seat. Results showed a huge 'undervote' in that case for that particular race.

3. Ira William McCollum is a real piece of work - loyal to the Bushes
ref: Iran-Contra and Luis Posada Carriles. His nomination for AG should be fought against with everything the lawyers can throw at him re election fraud.

7. This is beyond not right. They need to hold new elections down
there with large numbers of overseers at every polling place.

8. Florida elections are a joke.
I'm amazed we won those two House seats in that environment.

9. Same ol' story...happened last mid-term election...
when we went to vote for the Castor / Martinez race, our votes for Castor would disappear. We've been complaining about it for years. Remember, we're the home of the Feeney computer program designed to hack the machines!

I don't think they hack all the elections, but clearly pick a few every time to go after. A bunch of us complained about things to Deborah Clark (Pinellas County Election Supervisor) before this last election, and we know she was being watched. I complained about the poll workers harrassing the people coming in about their ID's and illegally asking for a signature (there is no literacy test if you prove who you are).

I suspect several elections were manipulated, but the one in Sarasota got out of hand and there were too many complaints. According to our local news, there were 18,000 undervotes for two offices.

10. Didn't You Get The Meme? This Election Proves There Is No Fraud
If the Democrats do not make election reform their top issue, their majority will be short lived.
