Five senior police officers arrested in mass kidnapping
Iraq's government says it has arrested five senior police officers in connection with a mass kidnapping of as many as 150 people at an education ministry office.

Officials say the officers include the police chief from the central Baghdad neighborhood where the facility is located.

The commander of the police brigade in charge of the area and three others have also been arrested. The kidnapping was carried out by gunmen wearing Interior Ministry commando uniforms.
