Why is every other topic on "Latest" a video? Don't these go in

the video forum? Isn't that what the video forum is for? My connection is too slow to watch most videos and I'd rather not have to wade through all of the video topic in the latest breaking forum. Please put your video posts in the forum provided for them!!

It would be nice if they always had the link and run time posted with them. Although having them embedded is convenient, I like going to UTUBE to see what else pops up after the first clip runs/ I've found some very interesting & fun things that way.

2. I think that the latest category is for all posts in all categories

And it just shows how popular the video forum is.
I am like you with dial up and have to skip most of the video post, at least until I can get a faster connection.

3. Why do we have a video forum if all of them are going into the LBN?

I wish I could watch but I can't. Since postings go so fast on LBN I get irritated that I have to wade through all the video posts to get to the others. Moderators?

4. I would make a request to the admins asking to set up a new option...

...in the user's "edit your preferences" page that allows users to hide video posts from one's "latest" page, much like one can hide Lounge posts from the "latest" page.

BTW - questions like the one you posed shouldn't be in the Latest Breaking News forum. ;)

5. Good idea. You're right but I was trying to read LBN and was getting

irritated. Hoping some of the video posters would take the hint and put them in the forum that was created for them.
