EXCLUSIVE: NEW COULTER VOTER FRAUD DOCS! Drivers License Fraud Now Alleged as Well!

EXCLUSIVE: NEW COULTER VOTER FRAUD DOCS - Police Report Says TWO Third Degree Felonies, One Misdemeanor May Have Been Committed by GOP Darling!
New Third Degree Felony for Fraudulently Registering Drivers License Added to Previous Allegations of Voter Fraud!

But Palm Beach Election Supervisor Having Trouble Finding Law Enforcement Agency to Bring Charges...

We gave her a few months off while we covered more pressing items to our nation, but it looks like the troubles are still not over for right-wing demagogue/hate-monger turned felonious vote fraudster Ann Coulter.

Palm-Beach Post's Jose Lambiet, who originally broke the story a year or so ago, has another scoop today on the matter and The BRAD BLOG has now been able to obtain the documents on which his scoop is based.

Lambiet's item today covers PB County Supervisor of Elections, Arthur Anderson's difficulty in finding a local law enforcement agency with the stones --- or at least, the jurisdiction --- to take on the hypocritical pundit even though a police report completed in late November, requested by Anderson, indicates that Coulter could be facing two third degree felony charges, along with one first degree misdemeanor if charged.

Added to the previously known allegations of Voter Fraud when Coulter used her realtor's address instead of her own on her Voter Registration Application, is the allegation by the Palm Beach Police Department that Coulter seems also to have given that same, incorrect address when applying for a drivers license after moving to the tony Sunshine 'hood where her fellow GOP propagandist, Rush Limbaugh, has recently had his own troubles following the rule of law.

The allegation concerning Drivers License fraud would be yet another third degree felony, according to the Palm Beach Police Department report!

The BRAD BLOG has obtained the complete PBPD report (linked below)...

and we're going to find out about a lot more identity fraud than just this.

    5. Excellent point.
Your hypothesis has real possibilities. After all, why would she do this, otherwise?

Is there something in her past(or present) that she is hiding?

    10. True, she has.
But risking a felony conviction, in Florida, to conceal one's age seems a bit excessive, no?

The potential is something deeper and less flattering.

    36. Almost like a Scooby Doo character
    Pull off that mask!

Jeb Bush's daughter, Coulter and Limbaugh both have found easy ways to avoid paying for their crimes, because they are well connected to the GOP power base. At this point, I view FL as little more than a banana republic anyways.

I'll eat my words if these hacks ever pay like ordinary citizens would.

    19. Interesting Point, Though...
This is slightly off topic, but I was looking at the campaign finance report for FAIR, the organization here in Wisconsin that tried (and failed) to prevent an anti-gay marriage amendment to the Wisconsin state constitution.

One of the donors (to the tune of $20,000) was Sir Elton John -- whose address was not listed "To Preserve Privacy." So perhaps celebrities can get away with such things if there's a possibility that they could be stalked.

And to rise to Ann's defense, think of how many people hate her guts...

    22. Look closer...
If she's concerned about stalkers (which I could accept), then how do you think the poor women who actually lives at the address Coulter used (her realtor's! who knew nothing about it!) on both her Voter Registration application and Drivers License actually feels?

    Like target practice?

    9. That's RIGHT! You won't find any law enforcement agency in Florida.
We're burdened here, suffering from the agonies of a 1000 cuts because the allure of Florida is that the well-connected can do whatever the f*** they want to do, knowing that the average person A) doesn't have the money to file a civil lawsuit; or B) won't find a law enforcement agency that will be willing to take-on the grievance.

    13. To even bother digging up things about her is more effort than she deserves...
It's giving her too much credit. She should be totally ignored. Adding nothing to policy debates, she smimply spouts ad hominem attacks and yawn-inducing attempts at being controversial for the sake of being so. She, like Dobson and Falwell, are nothing but diversions placed on TV and provided with tabloid talking points from the economic elite's political party to with the sole purpose to divert the public discourse from real policy issues.

    16. I'd agree with you, except...

...As some of the Right have made quite the career out of attempting to show a non-existent "voter fraud" epidemic among Dems (among anybody, for that matter) it's necessary to point out the hypocrisy here to show who is actually committing such fraud.

Coulter has made those claims herself, and like her disingenuous brethren, has attempted to use such claims to force the need for disenfranchising Photo ID restrictions at the poll.

I should have noted in my story that since she also appears to have defrauded the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in getting the wrong address included on her drivers license, any such Photo ID laws would have simply allowed her voter fraud to continue anyway.

But since they aren't ignoring her she does get credit, so we have to expose her hypocrisy and her radicalism.

    29. Coulter Deserves To Be Prosecuted
Sorry, but I think that Ann Coulter OUGHT to be prosecuted. It certainly looks like she broke laws concerning voter registration and for driver's license registration, and I don't think she deserves a free pass because of her celebrity status.

As an American patriot who believes in maintaining at least some measure of civility in public discourse, I'd dearly like to see Coulter squashed. Coulter's viciousness has made political discussion in this country something squalid and her diatribes have provided cover for some of the worst elements in the political right wing. A felony conviction or two and hopefully some jail time would do much to undercut Coulter's credibility with the naifs and fools who take her polemics seriously. She'd also have a heck of a time getting a new law license, too.

This is not really political persecution. Those Florida laws concerning voter registration and obtaining a driver's license were written for everyone. Coulter got herself in trouble not because of Hillary Clinton, not because of Nancy Pelosi, not because of Al Franken, but because of something she, Ann Coulter, did.

I hope that the prosecutors in Palm Beach County do their civic duty and do it rigorously.
