Shotgun, white powder seized from SUV of (Eagles') Reid's son
PHILADELPHIA — A son of Eagles coach Andy Reid was accused of pulling a gun on another motorist, and police later seized a shotgun and containers with white powder or residue from his vehicle, and a pistol from the home he shares with his parents, court records show.

On the same day as the alleged road rage incident, Britt Reid’s older brother, Garrett, was found with drug paraphernalia after his sport-utility vehicle collided with another vehicle in nearby Plymouth Township, said the township’s deputy police chief, Joseph F. Lawrence.

3. Why I added the (Eagles)!!!
I would not have messed with the headline for fear of lockage, but when I did a search to ensure that no one had posted the story already, I was wondering why there were hundreds of posts about the Eagles' coach....until I realized that Andy is not the Reid that most Dems are focused on.

Thought I should clarify.

Freakin spoiled thugs.

2. What A Great Family
Why do people such as these, get away with stuff like this?

A highly paid coach in the NFL raises a couple of Losers for kids, and yet he lives a wonderful life.

Perhaps he'll pull some strings and get his boys off.

6. They had to use the jaws-of-life, and then airlifted his victim
The brother who was driving with drug paraphenalia in his car ran a red light, and the poor 55-yo woman he hit had to be pried out and airlifted to the hospital.

Why does a 24 yo unemployed brat need a giant, thuggish SUV anyway?

9.  Police: Reid son admits to using heroin
The eldest son of Eagles coach Andy Reid admitted using heroin on the same day he was involved in a traffic accident in Plymouth Township, according to court documents released today.

Garret Reid "waived his right to remain silent and provided two written statements," according to a search warrant affidavit. "Reid acknowledged using heroin, a schedule I controlled substance, on Tuesday, January 30, 2007.

"Reid also acknowledged possessing drug paraphernalia including hypodermic syringes."

The affidavit enabled police to obtain search warrants that led to the discovery of two handguns, ammunition, white powder and other items in two vehicles and the Main Line home owned by the veteran Eagles coach.
