QUALCOMM Appoints Carol C. Lam Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel for Company's Legal Team

Well folks, it looks like any hopes we have that Carol Lam would be retained to work on following up with the corruption investigations/prosecutions that are spilling out from the Cunningham case (and now the Wilkes/Foggo indictments) is now moot, as she just took a high level position over at Qualcomm now! Unless they can still use her before February 26th when she starts over there! Damn!
