'El Rushbo' gets El Break from El Court

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh got some government help Monday when a Florida court gave him more time to appeal a ruling in a drug scandal.
<snip>

Circuit Judge Jeffrey Winikoff gave a Limbaugh lawyer until Jan. 23 to appeal an earlier decision releasing his client's medical records.

An investigator for Assistant State Attorney James Martz briefly examined Limbaugh's medical records after Winikoff issued an order allowing them to do so. However, Winikoff soon froze his order to give Limbaugh's lawyers a chance to appeal.

3. ...like any other junkie with property.
Winikoff soon froze his order to give Limbaugh's lawyers a chance to appeal.

If his assets had been forfeited and seized (like any other junkie with property), then he wouldn't have the geld to pay a lawyer and would have had to rely on the expertise of a court-appointed lawyer (like any other junkie with property).

Then he would have experienced what any other junkie with property experiences when caught.

Ahhh, to be part of the ultra-right wing GOP hypocrisy brigade.
