Genocide case for Bolivia ex-head

Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada has been living in the US since 2003

Bolivian prosecutors have brought formal charges of genocide against the country's exiled former president, Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada.

1. Will we some day be asking some South American country for extradition of Bush,
Cheney, Rumsfeld, et al? I certainly hope so, although there may not be many--or any--countries left in the southern hemisphere that our war criminals can flee to, so quickly is the Bolivarian movement (social justice, democracy, self-determination) sweeping South American elections. The South Americans are setting some good precedents for us--not the least of which is TRANSPARENT VOTE COUNTING. That's how you get governments that act in the interest of the people, remember?
