These 'polls' are completely unreliable
We saw that in Iowa (they kept calling Dean the 'frontrunner' and he came in third),and they all are so close the margin of error makes them useless. The media clearly wants Kerry because they think Bush can beat him and they can all keep reveling in their (Rupert Mudoch /Roger Ailles) Bush cheerleading jobs always slanting the news positively for Republicans.

Wake up people! Dean will beat Bush if we elect him to, and we can all laugh and YEEEEAHHHH with him when he does it! Kerry old school, the same old wealthy insider mess, has rolled over for Bush ALREADY,and is boring as dry stale bread...and dont forget he's a member of Skull & Bones.

PLEASE! VOTE FOR DEAN !

1. Iowa is never a good test of polls
To check the reliability of polls, go back in time to other elections and compare results to polling +/- the margin of error.

Polling methods can be quite good at determining public opinion.

5. The Media
I have never been that much into politics until these last three years.
The polls with the media support seem to be putting the candidates in categories. I am still on the fence still deciding between three of the democrats running.
What I hate about the media is they seem to get to decide. Since the beginning I have seem nothing but Dean bashing. All the others (except maybe Edwards) in the last few months has complained and slammed everything he says.
It seems the "inside" Washington groups and media do not want a new agenda and they are going to do anything they can to keep it from happening.
I originally liked Kerry but for several months every word out of his mouth was a negative toward Dean, now he is off my list.
And that with the old couple slamming Dean was unbelievable(I wonder who sponsored that one?)!
It just shows how much people see a little blurb on the news and that easily changes there opinion. Instead of researching the candidates and how their ideas.

2. The media is trying to Wellstone Dean because he, like Wellstone
before him, was the best hope for regular Americans.

Kerry is everything that was bad about Al Gore.

3. I think the polls were fairly accurate in a very unstable situation.
Dean was the legitimate frontrunner, until the last two weeks of the campaign in Iowa. The rise of Kerry/Edwards, and the decline of Dean, happened so fast that the polling could never be often enough to keep track of people's changing attitudes.

4. The trends shown in Iowa polls were accurate.
Kerry and Edwards were both surging pre-caucus; Dean was faltering. Extend those trends another couple of days to account for the time frame between the last polls taken and he actually caucus, and they're much more accurate than you're willing to give them credit for.

6. without a doubt Kerry can beat shrub
Dean is good on attack but he seems a bit thin skinned, he's not responded well to criticism and this lack of personal self control seems immature, dont get me wrong, ABB but you have to handle the heat if you want to play with fire
