McCain wants low corporate taxes, regulated CEO pay
Source: Reuters

WASHINGTON, June 10 (Reuters) - Republican White House candidate John McCain will promise on Tuesday to lower corporate tax rates if he wins the U.S. presidency and ease the tax burden on middle-class workers to help revive the faltering economy.

...snip...

McCain criticizes Obama for wanting to increase dividend and capital gains taxes and aiming to raise the minimum wage and link it to an index.

But he also takes aim at top corporate executives with big salaries and excessive severance packages.

and our FRiends are already in a tizzy...
Is moron McCain going to regulate his wife’s income?

This is the horror of the 1920’s being relived again. Tell me where in the Constitution does this idiot find the right of the the government to force corporate shareholders to approve/disapprove CEO Compensation?
I can't believe this.

More populist left leaning bullspit from Johnny Mac ... since the race is essentially voting for or against the messiah, I have to keep asking myself why bother?

Why should the Feds regulate how much money a person can make?

1. Lol moral of the story below -
McBush is a Corporate whore, and Freepers are stupid.

The CEO pay issue has been bandied about for a couple of years and will happen with a Dem congress this fall. He's just dipping his foot into the center to try to score some independent votes.

6. ...but without the regulated CEO pay.
He'll flip-flop. Who the hell else does he expect to vote for him, if not the CEOs?
