Wife of MS-13 Leader Given 3 Years in Jail

Source: Washington Post

The wife of a convicted MS-13 leader was sentenced yesterday to three years in prison for lying to a federal grand jury investigating the gang's slaying of one of its own.

Wendy Garcia, 25, concocted a story to cover for her husband, Israel R. Cruz, and other MS-13 members who met in the couple's Hyattsville apartment before the hit, the U.S. attorney's office said.

Garcia broke down before U.S. District Judge Deborah K. Chasanow in Greenbelt, sobbing as she apologized and pleaded for leniency.

"It was because I was afraid of the gangs," she said in Spanish through a court interpreter. "They are asking what it is that I am saying, all of them. They still think I am saying things about them.

1. MS-13 is revealing as an artifact of the Dubya Era
because it shows that Neocons had zero interest in a significant domestic crime issue. Why?

You'd think it would have been ripe for exploitation for a crackdown on urban centers and a host of domestic issues.

I'll betcha MS-13 gets manipulated into a red-hot issue the minute Obama steps into the White House. Those Cheney sleeper-cells in the NSA and CIA have a lot of extra time on their hands.

3. I'm not implying it started recently, I'm saying it reveals much about the Neocon agenda

5. The Shock Doctrine
Neocons use every crisis as an opportunity to push through radical legislation and privatization and cronyism.

Neocons had zero interest in a significant domestic crime issue. Why?

You'd think it would have been ripe for exploitation for a crackdown on urban centers and a host of domestic issues.

What does it reveal about the Neocon agenda, that the Neocons had the MS-13 opportunity, but they declined to use it?

It's similar to their refusal to capture the Late Osama Bin Laden. Why? It reveals information about their true agenda.

Likewise, Henry Waxman is given Sibel Edmonds, who could put every Neocon and half the Democrats in prison with her testimony. But Waxman clamps down -- the "Great Reformer" turns out to be a stone cold criminal himself. It reveals information about Waxman.

But MS-13 will be used as a vehicle against Obama. Crime will artificially explode. Mark my words. Obama will be taken down using every false means available.

Maybe that's why the Neocons had zero interest in MS-13 while Bush was in office. Attention to MS-13 would have magnified his "domestic security" rating.

6. MS-16 is one group you don't want to cross
I don't know a whole lot about this but her statement about being terrified, witness intimadation is very believable.

7. Gang activity exploded during the GHW Bush era. But not Clinton era. Why?

8. Can you back this up with some facts
I wouldn't be surprised but considering violent crime has been steadily declining for decades, some actual crime stats would be useful.
