Glass smashed at Dems' Denver HQ

Someone threw bricks through the glass door and a window of the Colorado Democratic Party headquarters in west Denver early this morning.

No one was inside the office at 777 Santa Fe Drive when the incident happened. Police said they received the first call about the damage at about 2 a.m.

Sherry Jackson, executive director of the Colorado Democratic Party, was the first person to arrive at work this morning and found the front door boarded up.

A Denver police officer who responded to the destruction arranged the boarding, Jackson said.

"There was no entry — nobody was able to get in," she said. "We found two bricks on the floor of the office."

some people are being intimidated while canvassing, putting yard signs out, using bumper sticker......

not me ..I say fuck em all...I proudly wear my t-shirt and bumper stickers and window signs...

also we had a child threated while canvassing with mom...mom's attention diverted..he chose the Obama cup to put his drink in....asshole guy asked where did he live...where does his family live...the kid is about 9 yrs old.

14. Oh my God, I was just visiting a couple of weeks ago and my friends brought

me by the headquarters there. Everyone I talked to in Denver was for Obama. I must have been traveling in a little bubble.

I'm seeing an increase in McCain/Palin signs on people's yards. And one of Palin's terrorist accusations happened here a couple days ago. I would say a good 80% of the signage I see is for Obama, but with the increased McPalin push, it doesn't surprise me their radical fringe angry base if getting energized here. :(
