U.S. missile hits Pakistani house
Source: Tehran Times

A missile from a suspected U.S. unmanned aircraft (drone) has killed at least six people in a Pakistani tribal area close to Afghanistan, reports say.

Unnamed Pakistani security sources say it hit a house in the village of Tappi, North Waziristan, and that the dead include a number of Arabs.

There was no immediate U.S. confirmation of the attack.

Surprise! Actually, on google, there have been little reports on people killed in Pakistan all month.

There's nothing new about this, except that Faux news just reported it to the lemmings.

2. Missile strike reported in Pakistan (Al-Jazeera)
Here's Al-Jazeera's version on this LBN story, looks like the US is trying to kill bin Laden before the elections to help McCain/Palin:

Missile strike reported in Pakistan

At least three people have been killed in a missile attack by suspected US drones in Pakistan's North Waziristan tribal region on the Afghan border, according to a Pakistani intelligence sources.

"Three people have been killed. We don't know whether they are militants or civilians," an intelligence official in the region told the Reuters news agency late on Saturday.

The AFP news agency quoted Pakistani security officials as saying that the missile strike hit a compound, killing four people.

The US is suspected in at least 11 missile strikes on the Pakistan side of the Afghan border since mid-August, killing more than 100 people, most of them alleged fighters, according to an Associated Press (AP) count based on figures provided by Pakistan intelligence officials.

Pakistan Tribes Raze Taliban Houses After Bombing

KOHAT, Pakistan (Reuters) - Angry Pakistani tribesmen traded fire with Taliban militants and demolished their houses in a northwestern tribal region after a car suicide attack killed at least 40 people, residents and officials said on Saturday.

Television channels put the death toll at as high as 70.

The bomber drove his explosive-laden car into the middle of a tribal council meeting in Orakzai tribal region on Friday where hundreds of tribesmen were discussing a government-backed plan to raise a lashkar or tribal militia to evict militants.

snip
"Everyone is angry and upset here. The tribesmen attacked houses of the Taliban in Khadizai after the bombing. Two houses have been demolished," Noorzad Orakzai, a resident of the Khadizai area where attack took place, told Reuters by telephone.
