GOP: Obama would be 'a weak president'
Source: Politico

A harsh get-out-the vote robocall message from the Republican National Committee charges that Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) would be “a weak president ” who would “endanger American lives.”

Democrats view the recorded call as the most negative attack yet from Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).

The script – heard Friday afternoon in the battlegrounds of Wisconsin and Ohio, and perhaps elsewhere — surfaces as Obama switches to a “closing argument” message calling for “an end to the politics that would divide a nation just to win an election.”

Look for Democrats to play up the contrast.

The script is read by Orson Swindle, a former prisoner of war in North Vietnam for more than six years, who spent a year and a half as a cellmate with McCain in the “Hanoi Hilton.”

That guy Orson Swindle is sure living up to his name.

13. don't hang up on the robo-call - they leave a toll-free pone number
at the end of the robo-call. write it down and call them back. you may just reach an answering machine - if so - leave your own robo-call

things to mention might include all the the smears and mud that bush threw at mccain in 2000, then tell them because of their calls you are making a donation to obama

4. "The script is read by Orson Swindle" - Isn't this the guy who ran one of Perot's campaigns?
Another example of a person's name being appropriate for what they do.

9. True, Obama's not enough of a socialist to make a great president...
... but between him and the practically wheelchair-bound, dribbling, incontinent, and senile John McCain, "weak" doesn't seem like a basis for comparison that particularly favors McCain.

12. This will backfire because
the independents will not buy it and react negatively.

The other obvious question is, "if Obama is so weak, how come he is kicking McLame's ass?" Doesn't that make McLame weaker?

It is too late for arguments like, "Obama will cause earthquakes", "Obama will increase the risk of tsunamis", "Obama will invite hurricanes" or "Obama will reduce life expectancy."

The only thing Obama could potentially cause is epidemic depression in fundie households.

...while giving the option of shoving it back up their own asses where it had originally come from.

Hey freepers... you will have a very STRONG Democratic President with a majority, which gives me a mandate to say, you lose and will lose because Americans now know what a bunch of low-life suck-ups you are to the wealthy right wing in this country. You no longer share any vision our forefathers have had for this great nation of ours. In fact you would have been better suited following the likes of Hitler and Musolini. We now now your real agendas and intent and so does the rest of the World. Enjoy....

15. Projection.

That's the word we need to keep in mind from now until election day (and probably beyond.)

Hapless, befuddled McCain can't even control his own campaign.

He's the very definition of "weak."

THEREFORE... in true GOPsychopath fashion... he accuses his opponent of same.

Been there, done that. It got us a coked-out, AWOL, deserter instead of a Silver Star winner, last time.

What's next? Is McCain going to question Obama's ability to fly airplanes?
