4. I'm no lawyer, but I've watched one on TV.
Doesn't Jack McCoy, on Law and Order, often cite a concept he calls, "depraved indifference", when connecting an individual to a murder when that individual didn't pull the trigger, but through his or her actions, enabled another person to commit the kiling? It seems to me that this concept could be used against Randall Terry and BillO.

14. It would require some sort or type of conspiracy theory....
...to find a third party criminally culpable for the actual crime another committed.

Now, drop the charges against Dr. Flowers and bring Single Payer to the table. Don't be afraid, we won't eat you if you listen (hear) us.

15. According to employees at Tiller's clinic, they'd reported Roeder to the FBI
Edited on Fri Jun-05-09 07:32 PM by stranger81
for obstructing access to the clinic (including gluing the doors shut) dozens of times -- including the night before he murdered Dr. Tiller. If the DOJ had acted on this sooner, Dr. Tiller might still be serving the women of Kansas today.

21. On Anderson Cooper's 360 Special: A Woman's Choice,
Wolfgang Anacon, a friend/anti-choice acquaintance of Scott Roeder, stated, in regard to his association with Operation Rescue and other anti-abortion/religious/political groups:

"Apparently Scott let himself be used as an Angel of Vengeance, yes.", "An Angel of destruction."

It seemed to be quite damning of the involvement by these other groups. I hope it is investigated thoroughly.

17. how about terrorism instead
Section 802 of the USA PATRIOT Act (Pub. L. No. 107-52) expanded the definition of terrorism to cover ""domestic,"" as opposed to international, terrorism. A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act ""dangerous to human life"" that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping.

18. You're right
The muslim convert who killed the two recruiters immediately had the label terrorist thrown at him by the MSM just because he has a muslim name. Why isn't Operation Rescue considered a terrorist organization?

22. Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances is fed criminal offense, sure
but so are dozens of other fed offenses they could and should pursue, including the domestic terror laws, that actually have teeth instead of kid gloves. Holder needs to forcefully bring the weight of fed government to bear on these assholes before they assassinate their next target. And fire the freaking Kansas FBI.

20. THIS IS GOOD
but,the Justice Department NEEDS to investigate the possible
MILLIONS of MURDERS committed by the previous administration.
It is not a joke. The proof and the broken laws are openly
available and very prosecutable.
