Romania Capital Bucharest Harbored CIA Secret Prison
Source: Novinite.com

One of the CIA's secret prisons to detain alleged terrorists was located in the downtown of the Romanian capital Bucharest.

This has been revealed by a former top CIA official, Kyle D. Foggo, the New York Times reported.

Two other identical secret CIA facilities used to detain and interrogate alleged Al Qaeda operatives were located in another former Eastern Bloc city, and in Morocco.

According to the report, Foggo was the third highest-ranking CIA official, and was in charge of creating the secret detention facilities starting in 2003.

Foggo is now serving a three-year sentence after in 2006 he pleaded guilty on charges of fraud involving a supplier of the CIA jails.

Bulgaria has occasionally been mentioned in the global media as a possible site of CIA secret prison; no confirmation of such claims has ever appeared.

***If these places are SECRET then there is absolutely no telling who all was put into these prisons and they were provenly being built and ran by a man who is now in prison himself for outrageous corruption, CIA Kyle Foggo. Foggo was working with DC madam Palfrey in extorting politicians, military, bankers, mega etc... and no telling what all else they were doing but it was definitely sinister as Hell.

My own co-workers were trafficked into prisons abroad and disappeared to this day.

1. Romania denies reports of secret CIA prisons in its territory:
http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2009-08/14/content_11881324.htm

BUCHAREST, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- Romania denied the reports that it hosted a secret prison of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in Bucharest, saying the allegations groundless, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alin Serbanescu said on Thursday.

The New York Times reported on Thursday that a newly-decorated building on a busy street in Bucharest was one of secret CIA prisons in Eastern Europe.

Serbanescu said that the Romanian parliament has established a special investigation committee to probe the allegations and the committee has found the reports groundless.

Foggo. They closed it down. Where did the prisoners go? Dumped over an ocean from a CIA or contractor aircraft?.

Disappeared or not?

There is no chance that they would have freed them.

(There is really no differentiation needed between CIA and contractor aircraft - both paid for by United States taxpayers and all foreign residents who earn an income here.)

How much of the cash sent to Rumsfeld's man in Iraq was doled out to Bucharest - who is rich there today because of the lust of Rumsfeld, Cheney, and their sponsors for deaths of Muslims?

Brought to us by a Chinese news source.

I believe Foggo, I believe this source. Able bodied men yanked off the street - some because of their brother-revengers. How many teenage boys were included?

So, is the Bucharest prison in place of the reported one in Poland or in addition to it?

4. What about Egypt? What about Turkey? What about Diego Garcia.
Pres. Obama only talks about Guantanamo.

Both Guantanamo and Diego Garcia are American soil by treaty and lease agreement.

The others are coalition partners - bought and paid for.

From Wiki on Diego Garcia:

"The agreement between the UK and U.S. for the U.S. to use the island as a military base was made in 1966. It runs until 2036, but either government can opt out of the agreement in 2016.

Construction and maintenance of the base's communications equipment, fuel facilities and military hardware are done strictly by military contractors, and inventories of that weaponry are classified. No service-member family dependents are allowed. In 2001, the U.S. Department of Defense said that there were more buildings on Diego Garcia (654) than military personnel.<12>"

Every good citizen should read this - especially about the people who once lived there - the Chaco indigenous.
