Far-right group sues Arizona governor
http://www.advocate.com/new_news.asp?ID=9426&sd=07/29/03

A far-right group has filed a petition with the Arizona supreme court arguing that Gov. Janet Napolitano overstepped her authority when she issued an executive order bannng employment discrimination based on sexual orientation in some state agencies. Rep. John Allen is one of three state legislators involved in the suit, which was filed by the Alliance Defense Fund. "She is trying to circumvent the system for expedience and for political purpose.... She's legislating through executive order," Allen said, referring to Napolitano.

1. Well, I'm sure to remain consistent . . .
The Alliance Defense Fund will file similar lawsuits against Chimpy's Executive Orders allowing polluters to pollute more, repealing U.S. obligations under treaty, and other executive actions that circumvented the legislative process.

Of course they will! Right? I mean, it's not like they're a bunch of hypocrites, waving flags and bibles to cover up a crooked and corrupt agenda, is it?

Janet Napolitano was the person who tried to sue to stop a similar action by then Gov. Fife Symington. She won =)

We/ve got enough cuckoos in our state legislature to start a sanctuary, and she is the lead cuckoo.
