Terror attack mastermind not here, Pak tells furious Iran
Source: Rediff

Pakistan has denied Iranian claims that the government is aware of the fact that Abdolmalek Rigi -- the alleged mastermind of the terror attack in Pishin on Sunday --- is hiding in Balochistan. Rigi is the chief of the underground Sunni outfit group Jundallah which claimed responsibility for the attack in Iran's Sunni-majority Sistan-Baluchistan province. At least 42 people were killed in the attack, including seven members of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad too accused Pakistan of having links to the bombers who carried out the attack. "We have heard that certain officials in Pakistan cooperate with the main agents of these terrorist attacks in eastern parts of the country. It is our right to ask (for the extradition) of criminals," Ahmadinejad was quoted by Iran's Press TV as saying.

US needs to open their eyes and see their own creation - Pakistan. After CIA spent tons of money in Pakistan to support Afghan mujahideen movement, they found it surprising that a lot of money was siphoned off by the politicians to farm the extreme right movement & Taliban. Now, US is pouring $7.5 bn as non-military aid and who-knows-how-much as military aid (what, F-16s help in rooting out Taliban?). Pak politicians continue to cheat & shame their countrymen, US and the world.

the question is -- what can the u.s. realistically do about it?

4. Not surprising ... Pakistan uses terror as official state policy
with the help of its military and ISI. Pakistan has palled around with terrorists for decades and harbored/financed/armed/trained pretty much every known terrorist at some point or another.
