COLUMBIA – The campaign manager for Florence County Councilman Ken Ard, who is running SC Lt. Governor, is expected to turn himself into SLED agents in response to six warrants out for his arrest.

~snip~

Robert Cahaly is charged for making robocalls using automatically-dialed announcing devices, which deliver recorded messages to phones. This type of call is prohibited according to SC law.

Ard is the Republican candidate running against Democratic Ashley Cooper in Tuesday’s election.

Like I always say. When republicans start screaming about illegal activity it's because they themselves are doing it.

1. Those calls are so obnoxious that I'm often tempted to vote
against any candidate who uses them.

6. I'd much prefer a live call from him...
...to have the pleasure of hanging up in mid-sentence.

3. Usually, I am as well.
Bill Clinton tested that policy, though, when I got a robocall from him for the Democrat.

5. I listened long enough to hear which one of my candidates
got him for a robocall.

7. I hang up on all of them.
Their phone calls do nothing to get my vote unless it's a live person who can answer any of my questions.
