Libya conflict: Italy urges Nato to suspend hostilities
Source: BBC

Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini has called on Nato to suspend hostilities in Libya to allow humanitarian aid to be brought to the war-torn country.

Mr Frattini said Nato should provide data on results of its bombing campaign and guidelines on targeting errors.

Arab League Chairman Amr Moussa made a similar call on Tuesday, voicing reservations about the Nato campaign.

...is any trouble getting aid into the liberated parts of Libya. As for cities under siege or occupied by Mad Dog he is the one they should takl to about that - I doubt he will be very cooperative without being offered a substantial advantage in any deal.

ps: The Arabs were whining that no one was doing anything about Libya, then they where whining that someone was doing something about Libya. Bottom line is that all the Arab regimes would prefer Mad Dog to remain in power since it would help make their own malevolent incompetence look better.

6. I agree with Italy on this.
Though I suspect this is for domestic consumption mainly, while Italy will continue colluding with the NATO crimes against Libya.
