The cities need to adopt and support the demands of the protestors. It is in the cities' interests to do so.
Wall Street has robbed the entire world including the city governments.

The more they spread out, the more it costs them in law enforcement. Instead of one big gathering, make it four big gatherings. Stretch their resources so thin they cannot effectively control it, and we all know how they HATE not having control. You bite off one head, we grow four back. The more they try to shut things down, the bigger the movement should get.
