BERLIN (Reuters) - German police have arrested a man in connection with a bomb blast that wounded 21 people in the western city of Cologne in June.
The 23-year-old was being questioned, police said on Friday. He was arrested in the central state of Hesse after investigators received a tip-off.
Police and prosecutors said they did not yet have a solid case against him.
The nail bomb blast in a predominantly Turkish district of Cologne, Germany's fourth largest city, wrecked a shop and a hairdressing salon.
Police said shortly after the attack it seemed to be linked to organised crime although other motives, including political ones, were never ruled out.
