Back in 2000, the state did a purge of felons from the voter lists, that unfortunately included alot of people who weren't felons (oops!)
This time around, Jeb promised that the state will do it right, but after the list was made public (by newspapers going to court) it turns out the list has a few problems. First, it included several thousand felons who have been granted clemency and have had their voting rights restored by the courts.
The second flaw? I seems that when the state complied the list it "inadvertantly" excluded any felon who identified himself as Hispanic. So, the purge list contains 22,000 African-Americans (who vote 90% Dem) but only 61 Hispanics (who thanks to the Cubans, vote overwhelmingly Rep)

Jeb will probably have to fire someone for "incompetence" (incompetent at hiding corruption) to try and cover this one up.
