Military court hears Lynndie England case
RALEIGH, North Carolina (AP) -- A hearing Monday in the case of the Army reserve private at the center of the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse case in Iraq could determine how long a delay defense lawyers for Pfc. Lynndie England receive.

It was not clear Monday whether England would attend the hearing, expected to last one hour at a military court at Fort Bragg.

England, 21, is charged with 13 counts of abusing prisoners. Last week, an additional five charges were added against her, stemming from "the creation and possession of sexually explicit photographs" and indecent acts, according to the Army. (Full story)

1. Well, last I heard she and her attorney
were going to call Bush, Rumsfeld and I forget who else as witnesses. Wouldn't that be great? Don't forget, if you nail the little guy, be careful because you could be implicated too. Right, Don?

2. Give Lynndie some credit.
She has done more to defeat George Bush than any other single person.
