Legislature approves health care coverage as a constitutional right
BOSTON (AP) Comprehensive and affordable health care coverage would become a constitutionally protected right for all Massachusetts citizens under an amendment overwhelming approved Wednesday by the House and Senate.

Ah, first MA supports the civil rights of gays...now we're taking the lead on health care as a civil right. Viva la revolucion!

2. Damn!! I lived in Rhode Island for about 5 years...I LOVE NEW ENGLAND
I born and raised in VA...had a party in RI and there was a very short petit white girl dating a very very very tall black guy and I commented, to him shouldn't you be a basket ball player...refering to his tallness...not his blackness, but was accused of being racist!! They were VERY sensative about race in the 1980's...I love NEW ENGLAND!

3. Wonderful
For a long time, I have wondered if it wouldn't be possible to fund health care for all by getting rid of Worker's Compensation and just having universal health care. Worker's Compensation is enormously expensive. The money spent on it could go a long way to fund universal health care.
