I born and raised in VA...had a party in RI and there was a very short petit white girl dating a very very very tall black guy and I commented, to him shouldn't you be a basket ball player...refering to his tallness...not his blackness, but was accused of being racist!! They were VERY sensative about race in the 1980's...I love NEW ENGLAND!

For a long time, I have wondered if it wouldn't be possible to fund health care for all by getting rid of Worker's Compensation and just having universal health care. Worker's Compensation is enormously expensive. The money spent on it could go a long way to fund universal health care.
