OZZY JOINS BUSH BASH WITH HITLER MONTAGE
Thu Jul 15 2004 11:38:38 ET

Rocker Ozzy Osbourne took Jones Beach, NY last night on what is quickly becoming a predictable Bush-bashing express.

Osbourne opened his concert with the song "War Pigs," featuring a video portrait comparing Bush to Adolph Hitler.

The video featured Bush and Hitler on the same screen, with the caption: "Same sh*t different a**hole," says a source. Footage of bombs dropping and Hitler marching flashed as Ozzy screamed and guitars screeched.

Ozzy also flashed a picture of Bush with a clown nose, caption: 'The White House Circus."

Other bands in the OZzzFest lineup, such as Black Label Society, expressed support of the war.

The lead singer told the crowd in a profanity laced tirade against the terrorist: "Those f**kers crashed the planes into the Towers."

The concert featured a few dedicated songs to the our men and women serving overseas.

Developing...

Oh, and Drudge needs to learn how to spell Hitler's name correctly.

President Jokes With Drew Carey, Ozzy Osbourne at White House Awards Dinner

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,52023,00.html

WASHINGTON — President Bush gave Washington reporters a look at "what life is really like inside the Bush White House'' on Saturday, showing off his collection of "actual, never- seen-before photos.''

One of the good things about life in the mansion is that his wife, Laura, is always on hand to help him out, he said displaying a photograph of the first lady standing with her hands on each side of his face.

<snip>

Bush and top members of his administration mingled and shared laughs with reporters and other Washington insiders at the annual White House Correspondents dinner.

Comedian Drew Carey was on hand to provide the entertainment during the more than three-hour event, doing standup comedy for the president and more than 1,800 guests, including top White House adviser Karl Rove and rock star Ozzy Osbourne.

11. Cool to be a Republican
I saw the funniest freakin thing in the world this weekend.

At a locally-owned donut shop (DonutLand) here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa there was a sign posted with two of the geekiest looking kids holding up their thumbs with the caption "Being a Republican is cool". This was in addition to the Bush-Cheney posters, the local Republican candidates posters, etc.

The worst thing is, I loved their donuts, but I just can't support a business that so blatantly supports an idiot.

9. This cracked me up! We were listening to Hannity in the car today
(my kids hate it, they would rather I put on a CD) but Hannity starts talking about Ozzy so my kids get quiet and listen. Hannity called Ozzy a moron and my kids started getting all worked up, "who is this guy?" I said, "this guy likes George Bush" and they responded, "Well he's the moron then!!!!" Good work Hannity, you got my 2 oldest boys to dislike you and you did it all by yourself! I didn't have to say a word!

Say what you will about Ozzy but my boys love him. Those were fighting words in their eyes!

10. Was he talking about the terrorists or Bushco?
The lead singer told the crowd in a profanity laced tirade against the terrorist: "Those f**kers crashed the planes into the Towers."

That quote assumes Ozzy was talking about terrorists. Because if Ozzy's really talking about Bushco, then this means not only urban rappers believe in MIHOP/LIHOP.

19. Zakk Wylde was paid by the Pentagon
Zakk Wylde was paid by the Pentagon for music in their training propaganda. i think I read that in guitar magazine or something. Ozzy's a good guy, anybody who reads the lyrics to warpigs knows his position against war.

20. One thing that impresses me...
I think Ozzy was there in NYC at the time of the attack. I remember reading about him freaking out about it. Evidently though, he's not quite ready to join the George Bush's Republic of FEAR.
