That every vote he should be there for, he was thwarted. Im sure his constituents did not vote for him to be out campaigning, rather Im sure they want him doing his job, which is voting in the Senate when the need arises. Oh and his voting record seems pretty consistent even back through 2003. He wasnt running for office then.
