Spain's fatal error over Madrid bombings
Madrid - The former head of Spanish intelligence on Monday told a parliamentary commission investigating the March 11 train bombings in Madrid that Spain had expected an attack - but one against its interests abroad.

"We had been tipped off that there would be an attack on Spanish interests but we thought it would happen outside Spain," said Jorge Dezcallar, who was in charge of the national intelligence organisation CNI at the time of the blasts which left 191 people dead in Spain's worst terror attack.

"(Al-Qaeda leader Osama) Bin Laden mentioned Spain in several messages," he told the inquiry into the background of the attacks on four commuter trains.

2. Ah, so THAT'S why Aznar blamed the Basques the minute after..

Makes perfect sense. Well, for neocon whackos it does.

3. And blaming the Basques
was what affected the elections, once it was found it was AlQeada. The citizens of countries HATE being lied to.

5. Tipped Off
OK. What are the details?
Why was it to be outside of Spain?
Who were the tipees?
More info required here.
Former guy covering his ass?
Spain happens to be located in a very specific set of co-ordinates.

7. Perhaps they were hoping
that the plot to overthrow the President of Equatorial Guinea,
would free up the money in Riggs Bank for Unka Jonathan Bush
(who is being forced to return it)
and also that the new puppet, Severo Moto, who currently lives in Spain,
would allow Spain to loot and pillage the oil-rich nation
with the assistance of Incat, the British oil company.

Severo is just as wooden-headed, but not as charming as Pinocchio.
This can easily be verified by visiting his website.
http://www.severomoto.org/

Iyad Allawi, the current dictator if Iraq, has chosen to retain his British citizenship.
Severo Moto appears to have acquired Spanish citizenship.
You KNOW your country is in trouble
when your leaders (such as Karl Rove) prefer to retain a nationality other than your own.

6. That's as good as a confession that Aznar's Cabal lied deliberately.
They were monitoring "(Al-Qaeda leader Osama) Bin Laden."

When did Osama become a Basque? :eyes:

8. Spain suspects 'were informants
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/3670627.stm

Old April article but it's only gotten worse for Spanish
Secret Police.

Madrid was Fascist bombing like Bologna, and
like Bologna, the closer the investigation gets
to Fascists, the less we here about it.
