Another Kidnapping Is Claimed in Iraq

CAIRO, Egypt - Al-Jazeera broadcast Friday a video tape issued in the name of militants who said they have kidnapped an Egyptian diplomat in Iraq (news - web sites).

The diplomat, identified as Mohammed Mamdouh Helmi Quttab, was shown seated in front of six masked kidnappers.

The war in Iraq is over? Where the hell have I been?!

So all our U.S. troops are coming home, right? Right?
