Barclays complete Telegraph deal (out of Conrad Black's hands)
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/3939433.stm

US media group Hollinger International, the papers' former owner, confirmed on Friday that the deal had gone through, eight months after they went on sale.
...
Hollinger's announcement came one day after a US court rejected an attempt by the company's former chief executive, Lord Black, to block the transaction.
...
Hollinger later filed a $1.25bn lawsuit against Lord Black and other former executives, alleging that they paid themselves large sums without approval, and inappropriately billed personal expenses to the company.
...
Hollinger remains in control of The Chicago Sun-Times and the Jerusalem Post, as well as a number of local US papers.
