When a Democrat is elected president, we should use every trick that Bush did and make them pay for their bullshit!

Does this idiot realize how he's raping the system of checks and balances; oh, I forgot---Congress stopped being Congress three years ago. He's just saving some time.

7. Scott Kevin Walker?
Would this be the Scott K. Walker who is the Milwaukee County Executive? (Massive repuke in a non-partisan election -- he came in after the previous exec was recalled due to horribly bungled pension changes.)

Hm...why, yes it is.

He seems to have the support of all of the Dems from the WI delegation (including Feingold), so I have no idea why this was a recess appointment. (He's nauseating, but the position seems to be a logical fit, independent of ideology.) Maybe just a timing/delay issue?

9. Well, they serve until the end of 2005

10. I Remember Conservatives Used To Hate Recess Appointments
Of course that was during the Clinton Years. Now, they don't seem to have a problem with it.
