Hmmm where have we experienced this bit of Pentagon "strategery" before? Will we next be hearing of "the light at the end of the tunnel?"

What happened to Junior's promised aid to rebuild the country and insure that it would not again be a haven for terrorists. It has evidently evaporated as a mirage in the Iraqi desert.

You evince an understanding of these matters far better than the "Masters of the Pentagon Universe." As you say bombing alone does not win a guerilla war BUT it is more for psychological media effect to show that "progress is being made, yessirree!"
