Florida Supreme Court Puts Nader on Ballot
Filed at 9:40 p.m. ET

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Ralph Nader is back on Florida's ballot -- probably for good this time. The Florida Supreme Court ruled 6-1 Friday that he can run as the Reform Party presidential candidate in the November election.

The decision met a Saturday deadline for mailing 25,000 ballots to overseas voters, most of them military personnel, and ended a dizzying two weeks during which Nader was on and off the ballot.

... Also Friday, a judge ruled that Nader would stay on the presidential ballot in Colorado. In New Mexico, a judge barred Nader from appearing on the state's ballot.

1. Nader is such a shit-for-brains asshole.
He did so much good years ago and now he and his grandiose image of himself is going to do whatever it takes to make an impact. Even if it means electing Bush and letting us watch as our country goes to shit. :argh:

3. I'm shocked and dismayed by this -- I really didn't think it would
go this way. But I'm not familiar with the details of the case, only that supposedly the Reform party didn't conform to the state law for what a viable party/candidate is.
