Nader appeals Pennsylvania decision ballot decision

Ralph Nader's campaign just filed an 80 page appeal against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's decision to remove him from the ballot in that state.

Brian Gordon, one of the key attorneys responsible for fighting against Nader's effort to use fraudulent petition signatories as a means of getting on the ballot, will be fighting this appeal.

"I am compelled to emphasize that this signature-gathering process was the most deceitful and fraudulent exercise ever perpetrated upon this court," Colins said in a 15-page ruling that climaxed a two-week review in multiple courtrooms across the state.
