U.S. media still REFUSES to mention Bush sexual assault lawsuit in Texas |

A Texas woman continues to pursue a lawsuit she filed last December against George W. Bush alleging that the White House inhabitant sexually assaulted her. Contacted by phone at her home in mid-July by this writer, plaintiff Margie Denise Schoedinger said I was one of the first media members to attempt to contact her about the case. In case you’re counting, that’s more than seven months after she filed the legal brief in a Fort Bend County court. “I am still trying to prosecute ,” said Schoedinger, a 38-year-old African-American woman who lives in the Houston suburb of Missouri City. “I haven’t had a court date set, yet….I want to get this matter settled and go on with my life.” I must say at this point that I’ve been a journalist for mostly mainstream publications for more than 20 years. In my time, I’ve dealt with my fair share of crackpots, probably more than my fair share. I’ve been around the block a few times – and have survived so far. But Schoedinger didn’t sound like the average crackpot. She sounded intelligent, articulate, soft-spoken, and yeah, even honest over the phone, for whatever that’s worth. I know many people who sound honest – like a certain White House occupant at times – are really not. But my point is that Schoedinger didn’t sound like she was on drugs, although being drugged by federal agents is part of her lawsuit. EDITED BY ADMIN: COPYRIGHT

1. You cannot compare this woman's claim with the Bryant case |
|
The actual complaint filed by this woman had serious credibility issues and contradictions.
The fact that she needed to read what had been written before answering you could either speak to her fear of retribution or her fear of keeping her own story straight. ( Fatal journalistic flaw for you to miss that point.)
All the actual lack of media attention towards other Republican sex scandals does not prove this one to have merit.
I am an advocate of supporting actual victims but if this woman really has a legitimate complaint, there are a number of advocacy groups she could contact that would take her complaints seriously once she successfully and credibly completed an interview with them.

3. One simple question--where was Bush on Oct. 26? |

Was he even in Texas? Remember, this was just a week or so before the November 4th election. Bush is drugging and raping a women a week before the election? He's vile, but I don't think he is that stupid . . .
This doesn't sound right. Facts, Jackson, we need facts. And if there were any fire under this smoke, it seems like a little digging would spot it.
