I my self am retired and have lost 20% of my income but not value of my fund since Bank moved the fund(to bonds I do believe) Value stayed just about the same but income is almost gone from that. Govt pensions still the same. But I am old and no children so I do not run into the same problems.I do not have same trouble. This is my last car, how long can I drive? Things like that. Another thing is I vote and these people do not always do that. And like the women said, since she has family in service she will support the troops. All low income people know someone in the service. That item at start about 'white' men and how they feel also plays into this. The GOP plays that up and it keeps you know who in line. Right now I think the White House is running gov to the polls. They are staring to get ready for the vote. All things are changing. Sort of interesting. What will the white men that voted for Bush do?
