I'd put up a wall or a fence at both the Mexican and Canadian borders and grant a program for citizenship to non-documented aliens who don't have criminal records. We could dramatically reduce the traffic into our country while providing to illegal residents an incentive to come out of the shadows. It would demonstrate uncompromising toughness on border control while strengthening our national security through a non-xenophobic strategy toward aliens of no standing.

This first thing I would do is move tax day from April 15 to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November - i.e. Election Day. It would change the tone and content of political campaigns for the better.

2. They keep chasing after illegal immigration...

when outsoucing is at least as much of a problem. I guess a disappeared job is harder to see than one being done by an illegal.

they are using it to get the base all fired up and as usual nothing will actually come of it...and they will blame the all powerful LIBERAL 40% of the Senate.

Immigration really is their big topic-almost any and every RW noise machine component is on this topic weekly.
