Ohio DUers: Tongren resigned yesterday. PUCO is going to hold 3 (sham) hearings on extending the stranded cost payments another three years. They will be in Kent, Toledo, and Cleveland. We expect to speak at the Cleveland meeting--although the hint is that the decision has already been made behind closed doors. Therefore, we will likely demonstrate outside of the State Office Building to try to attract attention to the press and the public. Y'all will be welcome to attend!
