The attack killed 17 U.S. soldiers and wounded 37.

He said he is merely frustrated that more consideration isn't given to those who were disabled putting their lives on the line for their country. As the third anniversary of the Cole bombing came and went and little resolution was made on disabled veterans' issues, Harrison said he grew more frustrated listening to President Bush justify his $78 billion request for fighting the war in Iraq.
"He wants all this money, but he says he can't afford to take care of the people who took care of him," Harrison said.
