Art imitates life ... A Chinese man walks past a painting by Hong Kong artist Liu Yuyi, depicting some 180 world leaders celebrating together, including former US president Bill Clinton and former Chinese president Jiang Zemin, together with Russian President Vladimir Putin and UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, in Beijing yesterday. 6. I don't get it.
It's obviously negative. Looks like it's meant to portray a "let them eat cake" image, while kids fight for - is it bread? - in the streets. And the images of Gore and Clinton at the bottom are so hopelessly doctored to make them look mean that it's ridiculous!

What was the point / context? And why would a major newspaper run such an opinionated picture on its front page?

5. You notice Dim Son is not included.
He is not a leader, he is a disgrace. He may be on it, but why would anyone put a man who only honors power and violence among real leaders?
