Illinois hopes to get at least $10 billion by selling its lottery and an additional $15 billion for leasing all or part of the 274-mile Illinois Tollway. 4. Why don't the sell of the federal government to the highest
bidder and be done with it. I'm sure several foreign entities would love to be able to control the US citizenry. Congress and the Crazy King George are selling it off piece by piece anyway.
